Our health-related services include both clinical and non-clinical support, ranging from direct healthcare services, mental health care, and doula services to care coordination, health education, and personalized guidance ensuring individuals receive the support they need at every stage.
We conduct ongoing community-based outreach to identify individuals in need of health, housing, behavioral health, and recovery services. We build trusting relationships, explain available resources in accessible language, and support individuals through intake and enrollment as clients of the organization.
